By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OC Ace Mobile Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services at your specified location. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings require payment at the time of scheduling. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change, and surcharges may apply depending on your service location.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location
• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Remove any valuables from your vehicle prior to service
• Disclose any known damage or pre-existing conditions on your vehicle

6. Liability

OC Ace Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We take great care with every vehicle, but are not liable for minor scratches or damage not reported prior to service.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
